1. Spelling of iguana - Iggana
2. Length - 5 years old, 25 inches long - too small for age
3. Color - dark grey
4. Sex/Gizzard - I can tell it's a male because he has a gizzard on his throat
5. Enclosure - big new enclosure. It's a 20 gallon high tank
6. Plants - plants I dug up outside
7. Lettuce - both lettuce AND...
8. Crickets - crickets
9. Fireflies - TOXIC - summer I like to give him fireflies as a treat
10. UV rays - don't filter thru glass and is dangerous - cage in front of the
window to get UVB rays
11. heater - DUh! Dangerous - near the heater so he's nice and toasty
12. Cedar shavings - I put him on cedar shavings
13. Monthly cleaning - I clean his cage out once a month
14. Air Freshener - I just spray lemon air freshener in the cage
15. Finally, spelling again - Igwana

: Whoever finds the most gets my respect! (Just to let you know I'm just making this up and it's not a description of my Ig care.

: Hi everybody! I just wanted to tell you about my Iggana Iggy. He is about 5 years old, 25 inches long, and dark grey. (I can tell it's a male because he has a gizzard on his throat) I just put him in his big new enclosure. It's a 20 gallon high tank filled with a bunch of plants I dug up outside. I heard it was healthy to give them a varied diet so I give him both lettuce AND crickets. In the summer I like to give him fireflies as a treat. Talk about a spoiled lizard! To keep him warm I put his cage in front of the window to get UVB rays and near the heater so he's nice and toasty. One problem I have is the smell he makes. I put him on cedar shavings to help and I clean his cage out once a month but sometimes that doesn't work so I just spray lemon air freshener in the cage. I bet none of you spoil your Igwana like I do! Bye!
