Seeing as your iguana will go in a tub of water,
but only does so once a week, there might be
something else going on. It could be something
relatively simple (like dehydration) or something
serious (like kidney damage), both of which can
cause a paucity of poop.
You mention testing for parasites, but have you
ever had a blood panel done? Since your iguana
is at least three years old, it would be a good
idea to have one done. It will either identify
a problem with your iguana or give you a good
baseline of information that may come in handy
later in your iguana's life.
In the meantime, try to increase your iguana's
hydration and see if you see poop improvement.
