i'm thinkin' it sounds like one of the "H-shaped exudates" that MK talks about in the link below ... those look more like poopy than a seminal plug does and isn't *always* H-shaped (if some of it's been rubbed off) ... and yeah, they can be kinda stuck + look nasty but other than that, they should pass without a problem ... i don't hink you'd mistake a hemi for a poopy ... (they're about the diameter of your finger if that helps) ... (not to embarrass iZ! )
