Let's see...let's just say that Harry has moments of his old (friendly) self. I'm talking moments (minutes) not days! LOL I truly believe that some iguanas are just destine to be aggressive/mean or whatever you want to call it. Sunday when we had him outside all day, he's fine while out. The minute you bring him back in, he's Satan's spawn. Its like the sun recharges his evilness. He'll charge at us from across the room and even stalk HD around the house. It truly is a very scary sight. We still love this silly lizard and have learned to live with him.

Id suggest you try making a LuvSock for your male. You have to realize that some males get very "physical" when they mate and can damage the female (bite off spikes and just plain bite the female causing damage).

About Angus' missing toe, if it were one of our iguanas, I'd run him by the vet and see if he/she couldn't put a stitch or two in so it heals nice and you'd worry less about infection.

Good luck with your male!

Sue2
