south brazilian water dragon that is really an iguana???

Does anybody know anything about this species? It is an orange iguana, but it is called a south brazilian water dragon. I saw one in the dallas/fort worth area. That info is about all I could get out of the owners. If anybody has any info on these iguanas, please contact me I would like to know where I can possibly aquire one.
