iguana diet

I was browsing through iguana care/rescue sites, found the one for the Rainforest Reptile Refuge Society. This is what they had written for diet for the green iguana: "Their diet consists of fruit, vegetables, and some flowers. If coming across a nest of baby mice or baby birds, these also may be consumed. When young, iguanas will also eat insects." Their site said they receive up to ten calls a day from iguana owners..just think if they're giving out this information to ten iguana owners a day, every day....
