Like Alligator said, the commercial diets for iguanas are basically hypocrites trying to make more money. No one really knows the long-term effects of these and after reading the ingredients labels of a few, I'd never touch one or even consider buying my little baby one.
The best stuff you can give your iguana is the MK diet with lots of yummilicious greens.
