No, she doesn't hate him. When we got home from the hospital, she gave him a hug. She realizes that it was her own mistake, not his. He just didn't see her finger.

UPDATE: Her finger is healing but it looks pretty nasty. She now realizes just how close she came to LOSING the end of her finger. She has however, she says, learned her lesson.
