You did everything you could for Q. And don't blame yourself for earlier mistakes. Even herpetologists didn't know until fairly recently the damage that animal protein did to igs in captivity. Those of us who have been herping for a while have all learned a few lessons the hard way.

You gave Q a loving home. I hope when you are ready you will adopt another iguana. You are an excellent ig parent!
