: : It started the other day when he pooped in his cage (worried about him returning to his horrible trend) but he is back on schedule thank goodness. That day/night he was the most hyper iguana in the world-- destroying everything in his cage and everything in the room. He has been so laid back for 4-5 months, finding a comfy spot and lounging-- not wanting to explore anymore. He always knew right where he wanted to go and stayed there (if you moved him, he would go right back there). Well now he is not comfortable anywhere!! Minus the pooping, he is acting like he did when he was younger-- climbing everything, hurling and flinging himself all over the room. He know longer likes his favorite places. Ironically the day I dropped off those NIAD pamphlets to the petstore to protect all the poor iguanas out there, I came home to his craziness and was cursing the iguana all night!!!!!! He flung flapjacks food containers all over the room-- they broke open and worms and oatmeal flew all over the place! (that was also the day he fingerpainted his feces all over every object in his cage including himself)! He then threw half the items off my desk and kept jumping off the top of his cage-- worrying me half to death!! What is going on??? He must be looking for a chic or something, huh? As I type, he is climbing my bare legs as I scream in pain, ripping down my computer equipment, and scratching to get inside my monitor!!! He has climbed up and down off this desk 7 or more times now!!!!! He's the little energizer bunny I swear!!!!
