I'm afraid that Junior thinks his name is Buggerhead, since that's what I call him during our morning ritual of whipping and huffing.

He does know "salad" as in "eat your". He poops where he pleases, so we have no bathroom associated communication.

He may not know what it means, but he hears me say "Oh, Junior!" with much exasperation several times a week as I pick up all the stuff he's knocked off shelves or repotted yet another plant.
