Yes, I keep the humidifier running anytime I'm home, and I know sometimes vitamin e is used to help with stubburn sheds, but is it ok to put some aloe on her spikes? Because a couple of them look like they might fall off and I want them to heal right away if they do. I've been giving her a long bath nearly every day, but it doesn't seem to help. How much spare room do they have to have in their nesting box, Because she is 18" stv and I can't think of too many things that would even give her navigational room! Not to mention the fact that she looks like she feels 9 1/2 months pregnant, and I often catch her laying on really soft pillows or even on the bathroom sink - with her belly in the depression!(I have a towel across it for the igs to lay) I have a feeling I don't have much time, because her belly seems to be hanging pretty low when she walks, and I'm starting to see ripples in her sides. BTW, she isn't 3 years old, but I've had her for 3 years. And when I got her she was already over 2 feet and very thick in the body, so I guess she must be at least 5+; and she's free-roamed since 3 days after we began taking care of her for her previous owner, so she should be pretty fit! I'm trying to give her calcium, but she doesn't like it too much on her food, and with her eating so little right now... Thanks for the info and wish me luck - I'm gonna try to get a ride to the store to get the nesting box tonight, because tomorrow I'm off, but Friday I work 15 hours, so I won't be able to supervise her
