take a look at the sodium content tho ... seems to me it might be a bit on the high side ... other than that, i can't think of why it'd necessarily be *bad* for igs ... especially if your's likes it, it'd be a good way to get a variety of vegies (+ their respective vitamins) in him and some extra liquids ...
