Well, Rex is still little, but he seems to know a few words:

Num-nums or Nummies=food. He will come down from his basking area and eat. (Yes, even in front of me which he never used to do!)

Potty=time for bath/pooping. When I say "You ready to go potty?" He looks at me and waits for me to fill the tub.

Scratchies=cuddly time! He will stand up and lean into my hand. Especially when he's shedding. Man, that must itch!

That's really about it for now. Next word will be "clippies" which = time for me to stop being such a whimp and clip his nails for the first time. They're getting to the point where my hands look like I got in a fight with a razor and lost! LOL!
