This is a silly idea! If you have a lizard that is trying to bite you, you are really going to annoy him by trying to force his jaws open to do this disinfecting stuff. Also, (even if this idea had merit), the treatment would not last long enough to suppress infection if you were bitten.
Try not to get bitten and if you are, wash the wound with Betadine, try to make sure that there are no loose teeth left in the wound. Sue and I have been bitten by paniced or horny igs and monitors and never had an infection if we treated the bite properly!
