Sometimes they won't lay because they haven't been able to "coat" the eggs with the shell. Did you up her calcium intake during this time? Since she's not eating this will be hard to do.
You REALLY do need to see a herp vet SKILLED in iguana surgery just in case she needs to be spayed at this point. Let the vet lead you in that decision. X-ray will show how the eggs are doing and if any are broken or not where they should be. The vet may well give her a calcium injection. As soon as she eats, you will need to put calcium on her food. The vet may recommend a product known as Neocal (something)...sorry, can't remember full name but I know it's good stuff!
If any eggs are broken or "misplaced", this can lead to blood poisoning of her entire system and ultimately DEATH.
10 days is a loooong time to not eat. Usually they do go "off" their feed but they eat a little and drink a lot. Next time you tempt her with food chop it up very, very fine...this will help her hold more food because she has very little space due to eggs.
