Right off the bat we got in the habit of using it after holding (or any activity having to do with him). Since we have twin 3 y/o we from the start programed ourselves to be careful. Now it seems like no big deal. If company is over and concerned.. we have the waterless hand sanitizer right here to make them feel better.....
