THAT is one thing that NONE OF US TOTALLY agree on......i personally am against animal protein in their diets but others are NOT and there just is not the research at this point in time to totally back either viewpoint .....so it's one question you will never get ONE answer on.... what i've done is read as much as i can find (NEWER articles support NO animal protein) and then follow your best instincts ....i THINK we all agree that Collards + Mustard Greens and kale ARE GOOD, Lettuce + spinach ARE BAD.....VARIETY IS GOOD.....
