Anyone hear of the new UVB heat light?

I just heard about it and was wondering what everyone thought. Its supposed to put out more UVB than the ReptiSun 5.0.
Since I've always heard that incandecents cant put off UVB, I'm wondering if this light is really as good as they say. Anyone try it yet?
