Melissa Kaplan's Iguana Webpage is THE best info you can find around the 'net.
http://www.sonic.net/~melissk/icfs.html
If you search on search-engines, you can find countless many other websites, but most are based on her caresheets.
Another good site on reptiles (and igs) is the Herpetology Headquarter:
http://herp-hq.com/varanid/index.html
It has tons of caresheets and private breeders (a key when getting any reptile).
Also, a good book on iguana care is a MUST, for quick reference, and knowledge. The best (and most expensive) is "Green IGuana: The Ultimate Owner's Manual", by James W. Hatfield III. It's a big book on everything for iguanas.
Richard D. Barlett, a well-known herper and photographer, also sells many books on reptiles, including iguanas. His sell for about $5-6$, and are still quiet good.
This is a general idea. Others will soon post other sites on diet etc. Good luck, and remember, LEARN it before APPLYING it!
Take care,
Ig. Joe
