Hopefully, you'll find your vet on one of the lists Joan provided for you! From your description, if I were to hazard a guess I'd say it was an abscess. Probable course of action will be to treat with oral antibiotics because these usually need to heal from within. Vet may lance it and you'd need to keep it clean and probably put Neosporin on 1x a day. DO NOT attempt to lance this yourself as you could introduce infection into your iguana's system. As long as you find yourself a vet within the next few days, all should be well.

Inthemeantime, you might check to see if there's some object in the enclosure or the roaming area that he may have rubbed against and caused the boo-boo. They are especially good (?) about rubbing hard on stuff when they are trying to get off a piece of shed.
