: I suggest for night heating that you have a red light which is designed for nocturnal animals. Provide some sort of "hide box" for the iguana to sleep in and turn it on when the iguana's sleeping. I do this for my iguana and it doesn't disturb his sleeping patterns a bit except when I'm clumsy and drop something or knock something over! Hope this helps
