If you have a webpage with the picture on it, it will be easy; if you don't, you'll have to make one. You have two choices here, 1. make a web site 2. Send me the picture in an email, I"ll load it on my sight and post the address here.
Once the picture has an address on the internet, then all you have to do, is copy the addy and paste it below in the box marked "Optional Image URL". If you're wanting everyone to see a website, you would paste to "Optional Link URL" and then type a "Link Title".
