hatching eggs

Give the guy a break, there's nothing wrong with trying to hatch eggs if you want to. The occasional clutch of capitve bred iguanas isn't the problem, in fact, hatching some eggs is a fun and educating experience. Judging by his name, I would guess that Hans and his friend are German, and the same problems with mass importation might not be happening there. I had the same problems as others in the past as far as getting more hatchlings than I expected to care for, but they all eventually found good homes.
