There are suppose to be breaking points on an ig tail that can be broke ,then amputated and the tail will regenerate.You will still need the antibiotics to to help keep down infections.Have the vet do a blood panel on him and then contact someone on VIN for help.Dan and I also have Maders and can help with dosage.
