I would agree with Kitty. Also have you researched his diet and lighting/heating needs? I know that a too small enclosure and/or poor diet, etc. can be the cause of retarded growth. I'm not saying that yours has a growth problem, don't misunderstand! But if you have not been to this site before, you might find it helpful.
