: Like Thumper and Iz Mom stated, you can use an appropriate size dog/cat carrier. I've seen some people use large cardboard boxes (not too safe), large pillow cases, huge plastic tubs with lids. With our male iguana Harry, we call a cab and let the doc know he's on his way (just kidding!). One of our females, Lola, likes to ride in the car. She's fine loose looking out a window. Once you get to where you're going, wrap a towel around the iguana and assume the death grip until you enter the building. Its always best to have the iguana in some type of container with a secured lid/top.
