All igs being different have different favorites. Usually their favorites aren't that healthy for them. Kind of like you wanting a chocolate bar. Go to the link that iZ's mom has posted for you in one of your above posts and it will give you the basic food requirements.

Sneakers always get collard greens and mustard greens. Turnip greens, dandelion greens, and watercress are very good also. I just can't find them around here in the grocery stores. Add some veggies, sweet potato, orange or yellow squashes, snow peas, green beans (occassionally), parsnip (occass.). Add a small amount of fruit or melon read from on those links site mentioned before. I even (ONCE IN A WHILE) add some cooked rice, oatmeal, or pasta. The last without seasoning, butter, or sauce. Cut everything into bite size pieces, no bigger than you ig's head and serve.

Most people use a combination of 4 - 6 items and change them out weekly. I always use the greens and switch out other veggies and fruit. What your looking for on the sites given is the CA:P ratio. The CA (Calcium) should be twice as much as the P (Phosphorus), a 2 to 1 ratio or larger.

There are other things to consider but that will get you started.

Please read those links, I will put the link to where iZ's mom gave them to you.

Joan (READ THEM, good basic info)
