The first part requires that you have a website or at least a webpage. There are places on the internet that you can get free webpages. Do a search on the internet for "free homepages" or "free website".
Next once you have found a site, you will have to make up a webpage ( most have step by step instructions for this) and one part of it is installing pictures on to your page. Once you have done that, the last thing you will need to do, is find the address of your picture on line; this can be done by right clicking on the picture at your webpage and clicking on properties. A window will pop up and show you the address for that picture. To copy that address point at one end of it and hold down your left mouse button, and drag it across the address. This should highlight it, then put the cursor over the highlighted box and click your right mouse button again. You should be given an option to copy, click on that. Now your pictures address is loaded into memory. To post it here, below you will see the following words with boxes to the right of them.

You want to point the cursor at the third box, Optional Image URL: and click once with your left mouse button, then click your right mouse button and click on the paste option. This should paste the address of your picture. Next you can type in a title for your picture in the Link Title area. That should do it, you're set to post a picture here at the forum.
As far as travelling with your iguana, I would suggest dressing in layers for yourself. Keeping the heater going on high for the iguana and having you shed off layers of clothing.
