: ...38 eggs! The biggest one is just under 1 and 3/4 inches, and the smallest one is exactly 1.5 inches! That's 13 more eggs than she laid last year, and she's not much bigger than she was then, if at all. I still can't get over how many eggs can fit into such a tiny iguana! I mean, she's stunted and only between 11 and 12 inches svl! Tiny! And yet, 38 huge eggs were in here and came out! Geez, poor gal. She is sooo incredibly skinny, and just exhausted. I fixed her a big meal of her favorite things, and so far she's too tired to eat, which doesn't really surprise me much. She drank a LOT when she came out tho, which is good. My poor baby. She's not too tired to show her attitude tho! I'm soo proud of her, she did so well! It looks to me like we may some fertile ones, so I get to go through my yearly guilt about not incubating them. I'd feel worse about hatching them without having a suitable home arranged, tho, and that's pretty impossible around these parts. Oh, well. The whole thing is still pretty exciting. Horray for Shakai! Her second successful year!
: Best,
