Well lets start out by saying not all male igs become aggressive to their pets(owners). Some of the males do fine and go back to their sweet selfs after breeding season and some don't.Having them neutered is no quarentee that they won't become aggressive. This is something that is still in debate.Sooo much is still in debate about our iggys.Females can also become aggressive,,but we have had both males and females and only one of our males became aggressive towards me and my s/o.Caesar would chase Dan out of the house at full speed and want to mate with me,,,we tried everything to no avail. Our females have never been aggressive and as far as spaying a female,,,I am as soon as my 6yr old Cirsis shows signs of being gravid. In other words,,,each iggy is different and you will find out what will happen, pretty much when it happens.Good luck and happy herping
