: you asked about treating iZ's swollen tongue/throat ... (thought i'd reply up here so ya see it!) : i didn't realize that was what the part of the problems were until a few days before his surgery and at that point in time, it was actually a non-issue + the least of our worries ... i was getting fluids into him with a stomach tube ... *sigh* ... : anyway, so far, it hasn't been a problem since then ... so no experience with steroids ... sorry ... : is Q on Amphojel (aluminum hydroxide)???? : iZ sez he wishes Q could come hang out for a while and they could compare belly scars and talk about their moms worrying + "picking on" them ... he sez he'll even share his oranges, the ones that *don't* taste kinda funny! + he sends tongue flix + headrubs too! : hugs to you both! : me + iZ
