Kids being extra whinny, grouchy and fighting, Furry kids being extra barking, squeaking, thumping, scaley kid tail whipping cage in a bad mood cause she didnt get her perciouse mustard greens and had to put up with collard greens, turnip greens, radish, carrot,sweet potato, and yellow squash today, poor mistreated iggy LOL.OH did I mention all day back and forth with the loan guy, house guy, my Mother UGH (she a whole nother story) loosing of kindergarten homework (cant find it anywhere still but oh well its her first time EVER not turning her work in on time ill get anohter copy she can turn it in on Monday LOL). : ok, besides the 2" x 2" heart shaped scar on the outside of my wrist from iZ's little love bite (his teeth sunk all the way down to my bone btw) ... ok, besides that ...

: a grown ig can also do some serious damage with their tail! i've been left with massive welts on my legs, thru denim pants yet! never doubt that if that tail hits bare skin, it WILL do some slicing, not just a little bruise!

: speaking of slicing ... iZ is a pretty big boy now, and so are his scales ... even a *gentle* brush in the 'wrong direction' ~ my skin versus his scales ~ and i have a nasty case of 'lizard rash' ... and THAT'S an unintentional *brush* ... the topside of his tail slid thru my hand one nite as i was carrying him upstairs ~ again, an untentional injury ~ but it sliced my palm open ...

: do we wanna mention the claws??? do you KNOW how STRONG a grown igs LEGS are???

: now iZ is generally the sweetest baby ever, but even he has his bad days, and then there's mating season madness to consider as well ... as much as i believe the love + trust is mutual between us, i always have my arm between my face + his when i 1st approach him ...

: and my little toddler girls are NEVER allowed within range of one of iZ's potential flying leaps! they are not allowed to touch him ... in a less-than-strong or an immature immune system, salmonella CAN KILL ... that is NOT a scare tactic, that is the truth ...

: you've obviously never seen an grown ig in either a jealous rage or a hormonal rage ... vicious IS the exact word i would use to describe iZ's attempts to "claim" me when he's in one of those moods ... INSANE is another word, totally NOT in control of himself ... because he IS A WILD ANIMAL and he is living in an UNNATURAL environment ...
