I make Bad Boy's salad up once a month. (Vegetables and fruit, like MK and Jen Swofford) With only one ig, I freeze it in pint Ziplocks and thaw them, as needed, in the refrigerator.

I add any supplements or 'special' foods after I thaw a new bag. Bad Boy demands, though, that I always use fresh greens. : )
