We use fruit everyday, but more like a garnishment and its way below 10% of the total sald mixture. I just drop a few pieces here and there on the salad to get them munching (like that has ever been a problem with any of ours). We use mango, papya, berries (varies), prickly pears, kiwi and any type of melon. Here's a little hint for some of you. Try going to the salad bar at your local grocer's. Get a small container of the "right" fruits and you can vary the selection from day to day. However, with as many mouths that we feed, this isn't an option for us anymore. LOL
