My fiance and I had what sounds like the same problem with our iggy. We took her to the vet just to make sure she was okay, and everything was fine. It was just a mixture of salt and food (what a messy little eater she is lol). My advice to you would be to just keep an eye on it, but I think your iggy is just fine.
