I would like to share with you the discovery of ZipLock Vegtable bags. these are the basic Ziplock bag that we all know and love, but they are finely perforated. This allows just the right amount of air circulation to keep vegs fresh. A one gallon bag, loosely filled holds enough shredded greens to last our five year old IG about four days.
