: the swelling in iZ's dewlap has gone waaaaaaaay down *and* he pooped really *big* tonight!!! *hooray*!!! we are off the Baytril ~ another *HOORAY*!!! hopefully for a long time! the compounding pharmacy called tonite + i'll get his prescription tomorrow after work ... *whew* things might be looking UP again! *fingers crossed* ... i'm thrilled that he's shown such improvement on such a low dose of aluminum hydroxide + in a fairly short amount of time!!!

: we have also gone *off* the "special blend high calorie ig diet"!!!! the 1st couple days of an almost normal looking salad *really* threw him! he hasn't seen "normal food" since october! but even tho it's shredded (instead of "big-boy" giant pieces) he's loving it now! he had like *3 cups* of salad for supper ... it would have filled *me* up! *very big grins*
