You lucky duck! I wish Q would eat like that.
I stopped force-feeding Q by syringe last week,
hoping the springlike weather would entice him
to eat on his own. I did sneak a few bites of
salad into him against his will, and he actually
ate a few bites of asparagus on his own, but
that's about it. Then it got cold and snowy again.
(Argh!)
On Tuesday I came home to a very brown and cold
iguana, hanging out in the coolest part of his
enclosure. This is what he does when he's not
feeling well, and I haven't seen him do this for
a long time. So, we're back to force-feeding.
I wish spring would get here!
