iZ's 'super-ig' cape at tub-time was a flash of brilliance i had a couple years ago + has worked great! he doesn't like very deep water, so the washcloth keeps him warmer (i periodically gently pour warm water on his back) and he soaks alot longer than he used to ... it's helped tremendously to be able to soak those spikes when he's shedding too! plus ... he thinks it makes him look kewl! *grin* ... he gives me very dirty looks if i don't put it on him as soon as he gets in the tub!!! he's also very picky ... it HAS to be a *blue* washcloth!!! hehehehe

that's awesome that you have access to Doug Mader's advise + input! have been planning on writing him in care of Reptiles magazine to see if he has any advise for iZ ... do you perhaps have an e-mail addy or a better address where i could write to him?? (i'm working on trying to document/condense iZ's medical history ... without my rambling! not easy ... *grin*) ... thanx!

+ in my scattered-brain state ... i cannot remember what Q's problems are??? *sigh* there's to many sick ig-babies around here ... glad we have each other tho!
