I WAS EXAMINING MY IGUANA'S TAIL. IT HAS A KINK IN IT. WHEN I LOOKED CLOSER, IT WAS BLEEDING, AND THERE APPEARED TO BE SOME KIND OF WOOD CHIP, SPLINTER, OR EVEN HIS OWN SKIN STICKING OUT OF IT. HIS TAIL IS BROWN SO I COULDN'T TELL. I PULLED THE THING OUT, BUT IT IS STILL BROKEN AND BLEEDING. I AM WORRIED ABOUT INFECTION AND THE KINK STAYING CROOKED. SHOULD I TAPE UP HIS TAIL?? SHOULD I CLEAN IT WITH PEROXIDE? ALCOHOL? BACTINE?? I KNOW HOW UNHAPPY IGUANAS GET WITH BROKEN, MISSING TAILS. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! - MEREDITH
