We feed him Collards, mustards, turnip, alfalfa,bok choy, green beans, and, parsley. He has been shedding but as far as I can tell there doesn't seem to be any skin in it. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

sounds so me he could be infected (the foot) wich could be treated with an mild antibiotic
but go see a vet to be sure, if he prescribes' an antibiotic ask for oral antibiot.
this is much easer esp for a litle iguana.
(although i'm not sure what kind of medicine you ppl have in america)
