We've moved to NC (from PA) both to better jobs. Lesha is still temping, but applying to many better jobs that interest her. I'm working at an internet startup company doing tech support (temporarily) and design work (my permanent position). It is definately a bummer to see her go, but we can't give her what she needs in our new home and want someone that can to have her. We still have only limited web access, and it's costly and time consuming for us to logon, so we're trying our best to limit it until we get better settled to handle it and set up a permanent isp and such.
the turtles are doing great. We built an above ground pond in the back yard... 8' long, 4' wide, and 3' deep and the hardier adults are out in it already. the rest of the tiny yard is set up for the box turtles, though it's still a bit chilly at night for them yet, so they are still indoors. We were lucky to find a place with some outdoor space for them, but can only afford our smaller place for now (rent is higher here than it was in PA) and our cat has taken a disturbing interest in the animals, which worries us.

: So you just think that you can drop by but not even say hi. I'm sorry you have to give up your little girl. Do you still have all your turtles? Lesha how did that new job go for you? Are you still there or did you get another job.
