keep in mind that there's alot of debate about *what* is a good diet ... Jen seems to know her stuff + i trust her (as well as MK!) ... as long as it's not downright *bad* for igs just about any vegies are ok to use in moderation ... iZ loves broccoli but it's not *real* good for him, so i limit it to one week a month ... same with zucchini ... it's a good way to keep alot of variety in their diet so they don't get bored with it ... another reason for variety is that it's pretty much not possible to feed just a few different foods + get all the nutrients covered ... not everything is gonna be the perfect ratio + that's ok ... use it as a guideline, not a hard + fast rule ...

you might wanna rotate the kale too instead of making it a staple part ... you could use endive or escarole as part of the main leafy part of his salad ... ooooooh ... + dandelion greens are *great*!!!

mmmmmmmmmmmm ... i *love* raspberries! + iZ hates 'em, so there's more for *me*!!!!
