Much of that food is not the best-- especially the lettuce and crickets. The sites Iz mom gave are very helpful for more than just diet. It is good to have a few greens at once like: Dandelion, collard, mustard, escarole, watercress. Supplement with squashes, sweet potato, zuchinni. Treat with fruit (small amount)-- good fruits are cantelope (most melon), blueberries, strawberries (most berries), mango.
