If you have your own web pages, that makes it very easy-- and you can get a free one (a million diff. sites offer it)

To do just a link to your web page-- you just type the complete web address in the OPTIONAL LINK URL: space below, then type the name you want visible as a link in the LINK TITLE: space. (example: My iguana webpage)

For a picture to show up without people having to click on a link, you post the photo on your website or one of those free photo sites (you probably FTP it up to them-- but it must explain it on their site) Wherever you put your photo, you can right mouse click on it and choose "copy image location", then come to the forum and hit control "v" to paste it into the OPTIONAL IMAGE URL. Type any comments you want in the regular post area.

SAMPLE:(I'll type here and in the actual spaces below.

OPTIONAL LINK URL: http://www.iag.net/~xta/
LINK TITLE: Xta's homepage
OPTIONAL IMAGE URL: http://www.iag.net/~xta/gifs/sa-scrtc.jpg
