Please Help...

I just got an Iguana around 3 weeks ago and I think it is getting MBD(metabolic bone disease). I was playing with him today and I noticed his left hand is swelled it is not that big of a differance but it is also a little lighter than the other. He seams to be just as active as he was when I first got him and the left hand is the only thing that is wrong with him. I think I am doing everything ok I have all the proper lighting he gets to play and I have vitimins for him too. The vitimins I give him are a 2-1 ratio of calcium/ phosphorous. How much vitimin powder should I give him a day (he is a juvinile)? I give him fruits and vegies too with more veggies than fruit. Does this sound like MBD? Can he get better? I am worried. I do NOT want him to die.
