Haven't been to the site for awhile...but check out every topic *thoroughly*....including the ordering site (for the price list)....If there is something there or lacking that you need more info on...e-mail the company they will help ya out like within a couple of days...ALL your questions are answered. You do need to use a porcelin topped fixture for the type of lamps/ wattage you order. They also sell fixtures but you would do better to buy em at a do it yourselfer type hardware store....about $6...for a 250 watt capacity porcelin fixture with clamp on type device, and electrical cord.. My ig enclosures have porcelin topped fixtures ALREADY insalled/ attached...much like a bedroom ceiling fixture ...get the picture?...but I did have to change their basking zones around to the 'other side of their enclosures because I did not want these lamps basically overhead but I wanted em towards the 'cool end' of the cage, butt side , with them facing away from the lamps
what can I say Im still just a tad paranoid... cautious more like it...I guess. Anyway...much luck...hope they help ya out over there! They sure answered my questions
