My iglet just shed skin of his head and now it's a brilliant turquoise color. Last time he was shedding, his skin stayed the same color that it was before. I also read that Kabocha squash (which is the kind I'm feeding him) makes iguanas develop turquoise stripes. Is this true? Could the squash have contributed to this turquoise color? Thank you all!
