: I don't know what to do. I went to a pet store today to get food for my snake and ending up finding the saddest thing I have ever seen. They had a small tank with about 10 iguanas in it and most looked pretty ill. The bottom of the tank is just a blanket of poop. One is really upseting me though. This little iggy is only about 6 inches total length and looks like it is about to die any day now. I asked one of the workers what was going on with the iguanas and she just kind of shrugged her shoulders. When I asked her about the little guy that looks about to die she didn't even care and told me that that's how the iguanas came and that some are just meant to die. I can't accept that though. This little guy just needs some good help. I am not equipped to take on another iguana right now. In fact my own iguana is not really in her own cage right now as I had to leave Texas for a month to come back to NJ and was unable to bring her cage. I really don't want to see this iguana or any others die because of the care they are receiving...or should I say not receiving at this pet store. It is a privately owned pet store in New Jersey. What are my options from here to help the little iggy's that are there now and any other poor little souls who end up there? Thanks in advance for any advice.
: Michelle
